Tony Joe Rye of Hamilton, AL passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013 at his home in Hamilton, AL. He was born in Childersburg, AL on Wednesday, December 23, 1942 to Gordy and Lena Rye.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 from -1:00-3:00 p.m. at the Marion County Funeral Home. The service will Follow at 3:00 p.m., with burial in Hamilton Memory Gardens. Officiating Bro. W.T. Allison.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wavolene Rye; parents, Gordy and Lena Rye; brother, Dwayne Rye.
He leaves to cherish his memory, children, Bruce Rye, Byron Rye, Bart Rye (Cheri) , Darryl Williford (Twanya) , Rhonda Crane (Ronnie); grandchildren, Morgan, Jacob, and Andrew Rye, Lucas Rye , Casey Williams , Ashley Williford, Dustin Williford, Cassidy Williford; great grandchildren, Conner and Braydon Williams; and a host of nieces and nephews.
